1. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order with PrintSupply, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
PrintSupply provides photo printing services. We print photographs and images submitted by customers on various sizes of photo paper and panels. We also offer custom order services where we source images based on customer descriptions.
3. Orders and Pricing
- All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP)
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Orders are confirmed once we have sent you a quote and received payment
- UK delivery is 91p, or FREE on orders over £15
- International shipping costs are calculated separately and paid by the buyer
4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- PayPal - Available for all customers worldwide
- Bank Transfer - Available for UK customers only
Payment details will be provided after your order is reviewed and a quote is sent to you via email.
5. Delivery
- UK orders are typically dispatched within 2-5 working days
- Delivery times may vary based on location and postal service
- International delivery times depend on the destination country
- We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs
6. Image Requirements
- You must own or have permission to use any images you submit
- We reserve the right to refuse printing of inappropriate or illegal content
- Image quality affects print quality - we recommend high-resolution images
- We are not responsible for poor quality prints resulting from low-resolution images
7. Copyright and Intellectual Property
By submitting images, you confirm that you own the rights to the images or have permission from the copyright holder. PrintSupply is not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from customer-submitted content.
8. Refunds and Returns
- Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are only offered for damaged or defective items
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if there are any issues
- Provide photos of any damage or defects for assessment
- We will offer a reprint or refund at our discretion for valid claims
9. Limitation of Liability
PrintSupply's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
